TAllest Structure NEA Recycling Day 06

Dear All,

pls update the amount of cartons you have collected. cause i need to make a carton count.

and change of plan. pls read the mail below from NEA.

""Our plans for the "tallest structure made from drink cartons" change a bit.
We are not having a competition but a record setting event.
We want to invite Ngee Ann Poly as the main "Singapore record maker" on Recycling Day Sep 23.

Because if every team collect no more than 500(chances of collecting 500 carton are hard),
each structure may not be very high.
We want this structure to be more impressive and thus more educative.

The changes will be:
Ngee Ann Poly will have to combine 2 teams into 1 to build the tallest structure .
There is no limit on the number of cartons to 500.
You can try to collect as many as you can.
Try to collect as many as possible so your record will not be easily broken
and you can always be the Singapore record maker : )

We will also get schools like Nan Hua and Tanglin to help collect.
We ourselevs and even the Tetrapak company can also help collect.
So that we can make an impressive structure.

Tanglin Secondary can work with Ngee Ann if you need help.

Maybe you can start drink carton collection from now. Please update me about your teams' status, (eg. the number of cartons that Ngee Ann Poly has collected)
